Bricks & Brews is a dream come true for owner Doug Puckett. Born and raised in Baxter Springs, Doug has dreamed of owning a restaurant for years. Dedicated to bringing classic wood fire pizza taste to Route 66, Bricks & Brews offers classic recipes, as well as some new twists. We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients, from fresh cheeses and produce, to our hand sliced meats and house made sauce. We promise you’ll leave Bricks & Brews satisfied. In addition to our wood fire pizzas, we also offer a selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Come in and enjoy our full bar as well, featuring a large selection of craft beers.
